A man in New York City won the $343.9 million Powerball jackpot last month and claimed his prize on Wednesday, The New York Times reported. Robert Bailey, a retired postal worker, won the largest prize in New York Lottery history by playing the same numbers in the same order for the last 25 years, The Times reported.

Bailey played the combination 8-12-13-19-27-4 on October 27 and collected his check at the Resort World Casino in Queens, New York on Wednesday. He decided to opt for the lump-sum payout of $125,396,690, after taxes.

"I'm still in somewhat of a shock but I'm happy also again," he told The New York Post. "I'm totally blessed."

Bailey told The New York Times that he will use the money to "give back to Manhattan," but did not specify how he would do so.

"I still want to be me. I can't let money change me. I'm going to keep doing the right thing," Bailey told the publication.

Bailey will be splitting the winnings with Lerynne West, 51, of Redfield, Iowa. During a press conference earlier this month, West said the winnings were a "life-changing moment." Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich said it was exciting two people got to share the prize.

"The fact that this jackpot was split by tickets in two very different settings – one in New York City and the other in a small rural town – goes to show what we've said so many times: You just never know where the next big winner will hit," Rich said at the time. "It also shows that Powerball is working the way it was intended, by giving people all across the country the chance to win prizes of all sizes, including the jackpot."
