Prince Louis and William's Matching Dance Moves Become Viral Hit

The matching dance moves of Prince William and his youngest son Prince Louis have become the focus of a new viral video, as fans have compared the father and son with other royal family members on TikTok.

Louis is the third and youngest child of William and Kate, the Princess of Wales, born in 2018. Together with his siblings Prince George (born 2013) and Princess Charlotte (2015), the three Wales children have attended an increased number of public events over the past year, including the celebrations staged for the coronation of their grandfather, King Charles III.

George, Charlotte and Louis have won a growing fanbase online with a number of viral posts, images and videos being shared of their official engagements.

Uploaded to TikTok by user @teamwalesfamily on January 8, one of the latest of such posts shows George and Charlotte dancing with their mother during King Charles' coronation concert, which was held at Windsor Castle on May 7, 2023.

The group of three appeared to move gently in time with the music from performers such as Lionel Richie and Katy Perry.

The video contrasts this with high-energy footage of Louis and William performing matching moves from a number of events, including the Platinum Jubilee pageant in 2022, at which Louis' cheeky appearance became a major talking point.

Alongside footage of the little prince performing an energetic move during the pageant, the viral video paired clips of William similarly dancing during a visit to Tuvalu in 2012, at a concert in 2007 dedicated to Princess Diana, and during a visit to Belize in 2022.

Captioned, 'Same STEPS and 'FLOW'!😄🤩Louis learned very well from William!' the video has been viewed over 160,000 times so far and gained in excess of 13,000 likes and numerous comments, many of which have praised the royals.

"Father like Son," wrote one user.

"Louis may look a lot like Kate but the character and attitude is very William," posted another, with a further comment reading: "I have a feeling William [is] dancing like Hugh Grant in Love Actually when no one is around."

The Wales family has attended a number of musical events together over the years. Most recently they were present for the "Together at Christmas" carol concert at Westminster Abbey, which was organized by Kate to celebrate key workers in the early years sector.
