PS5 Restock Update for Walmart, PS Direct, Newegg, Amazon, GameStop, Costco and More

PS5 restocks have become a lot more frequent in November and this encouraging trend looks set to continue as we near Black Friday.

In fact, there are two drops already confirmed for this afternoon and, with places like Walmart stepping up their game lately, it's likely that there could be even more over the coming days.

With that said, here is the latest PS5 restock information for every major U.S. retailer.

Walmart PS5 Restock

Following a tumultuous restock event on November 1, Walmart has been trying to coordinate smoother PS5 drops.

Unfortunately, these subsequent attempts have all been just as hectic. In each instance, the website has been plagued by technical issues, the servers keep getting overwhelmed and people have even struggled to add consoles to their baskets in the first place. This was the case on November 2, November 5 and November 8.

On one hand, it is nice to see that we are getting several restocks a week at the moment (rather than just once a fortnight) but, by all accounts, these have not been the greatest experiences.

Newegg PS5 Restock

PS5s are featured in today's Newegg shuffle, meaning that you do actually have a chance of getting one from the outlet.

If you enter this lottery draw, and your name is randomly chosen, then you will be able to purchase a new console bundle.

It is worth noting that these packages are quite expensive (ranging from $839 to $1089.94), but they are valued appropriately given the sheer number of games and accessories that are on offer. The fact that they are so costly should also help to deter scalpers, as it will be a lot harder for them to turn a profit with any prospective resales.

If you want to be in with a chance of getting one of these PS5 bundles from Newegg, then you will need to enter the shuffle before it closes at the end of the day.

PS Direct PS5 Restock

Sony's official storefront will be releasing new PS5 units later today, but this sale is reserved exclusively for those who have already been sent email invitations ahead of time.

To increase your chances of being selected for the next restock, you can express your interest on the official PS Direct website. There is more information about this here.

In addition to this, there is also a chance that the virtual queue will open to the general public after today's exclusive sale. If there are any leftover units here, then dependable console trackers like @GYXdeals and @Wario64 will alert their followers on Twitter.

Best Buy PS5 Restock

Best Buy did restock on PS5 units yesterday (November 8), but these supplies were reserved for the outlet's TotalTech members.

If you are not familiar with this scheme, it costs $200 a year and gives you access to discounted products and the occasional exclusive sale (often with PS5s). Yet its main draw is that you will get VIP priority treatment when contacting the 24/7 "Geek Squad" tech support line.

Should there be another one of these restricted PS5 drops, then you will obviously have to decide if the TotalTech scheme is worth the investment for you. On that note, if you are only after a next-gen console (and none of the other benefits) then the $200 extra cost is probably a little too steep.

Amazon PS5 Restock

While the PS5 is still displaying as "unavailable" at Amazon, the online marketplace is expected to restock closer to Black Friday.

Speaking of which, if you are in the market for any gaming chairs, laptops or copies of the latest titles, it is worth checking out our list of the best early Black Friday gaming deals that you can take advantage of right now.

Costco PS5 Restock

You cannot buy a PS5 from Costco right now. For a long time, the merchant was totally inactive when it came to next-gen console restocks, to the point where many had given up on it altogether.

After this lengthy period of dormancy, the merchant has finally started to update its inventory again, with its first drop in months taking place on October 28. This is obviously a positive sign for consumers, and we can only hope that there will be more drops on the way.

Sam's Club PS5 Restock

While there are no PS5 units listed on the Sam's Club website right now, you can purchase an Xbox Series S for $379.98.

The console will ship in a bundle with a compatible media remote and a Rig 500 Pro EX wired headset.

Antonline PS5 Restock

Likewise, you can get an Xbox Series S from Antonline, where it is currently going for $364.99. Here, the item is bundled with an extra controller (in electric yellow) and a Nyko Core wired headset.

Unfortunately, the PlayStation 5 remains sold out at Antonline.

GameStop PS5 Restock

GameStop does not have any PS5 bundles in stock at the moment. Given that it just recently organized a massive in-store event, it is probable that its inventory could be depleted.

Target PS5 Restock

Target does not have any PS5 units in stock at the time of writing and there is no word on when this situation might change.

For timely updates, we would recommend that you follow the likes of @GYXdeals and @Wario64 on Twitter and turn on notifications.
