HOW TO FIX THE 'PUBG MOBILE' INTERNET ERROR MESSAGE

While the message likely relates to a bug that Tencent will patch out in the days ahead, players have discovered that it's triggered by anomalies in your device's DNS settings. In order to make the message go away, you'll need to install an app that changes them.

Follow the steps listed below:

  1. Go to Google Play or the App Store and download Opera Free VPN.
  2. Once it's open, click the large "Connect" button to connect to the VPN.
  3. You'll automatically connect to a VPN in the Netherlands. Keep it that way.
  4. Close all apps, including PUBG Mobile, running in the background.
  5. Run PUBG Mobile again and start playing.
