The drama between Jersey Shore star Jenni Farley and her estranged spouse, Roger Mathews, is far from over. After Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi initially defended her close pal over Mathew's apparent false claims against her, he slammed the fellow reality star in return for speaking on stuff that doesn't "concern her."
Polizzi injected herself into Farley and Mathew's family drama on Friday. She shared surveillance video footage to Instagram, which showed Farley explaining to police in her home how Matthews "should be able to see" his kids and suggesting he "wasn't a bad dad."
In addition to posting the surveillance video footage, Polizzi slammed Mathews and online trolls for bullying Farley following the couple's spat.
"I personally know her, and she's a stay at home mother. She doesn't leave her children for months on end like depicted from him, and when she does work, she leaves filming and comes home to make sure everything is okay," she wrote in an updated version of her post. "But since you don't see that on the show, or her posting the kids 24/7 like he does, she's not with them ever? You all got played by social media. I know my sis and she is NOT the person Roger is painting her out to be."
Mathews wasn't amused by Polizzi's commentary on the former couple's current beef. This led the father of two to respond to an Instagram commenter about the situation on Saturday. "Nicole has never spent a single night in our home in 8 years. You will see the truth come out in the end," he wrote.
"Nicole has many Skelton's [sic] in her closet. Many. I have none in mine and will own every aspect of my life. Good and bad," he continued. "She should stay out of matter's that do not concern her."
Farley and Mathew's marriage fizzled out in September when they announced their plans to file for divorce. The former couple, who are parents to 4-year-old Meilani Alexandra Mathews and 2-year-old Greyson Valor Mathews, were married for three years. However, the pair encountered a rough patch on Friday when Farley and Mathews engaged in a heated argument that resulted in involving the local authorities. Farley ultimately obtained a restraining order against Mathews. Mathews, in turn, bashed Farley's actions in multiple videos he shared to Instagram.
"I'm not with him [Greyson] because his mother is so hate-filled towards his father that she would do something like this," he said in one video, explaining why he was unable to spend the morning with his son as usual. "Instead, I'm sleeping on a couch with the clothes that are on my back. Not allowed to speak to my children. Not allowed to go get clothes. Not allowed to step foot in the house that I've lived in for eight years. I miss my kids, man. It's just wrong."
Farley, however, caught wind of Mathew's Instagram video statements. She mustered up a statement relatively quickly, in response. Her statement rejected Mathew's allegations against her, adding how a judge "immediately ruled in Jenni's favor and issued a temporary order of protection."
"Certain events transpired last night which lead Jenni to involve the authorities, as she felt it was in her best interests, and the best interests of her children to do so," her Instagram statement read. "Any statements and social media posts depicting anything to the contrary are entirely false, misleading, and intentionally designed to cast Jenni in a negative light. She is proud to be a hard-working parent who provides for her children."
