How and When To Watch 'Samsung Galaxy Unpacked'

The 'Samsung Galaxy Unpacked' event will be streamed live on Samsung Newsroom, Samsung.com and Samsung's YouTube channel. To watch it live, you will need to tune in at 9 a.m. ET on Wednesday, August 10.

Regular updates and information, including multimedia resources, will also be accessible from the Samsung Newsroom.

What Is the 'Samsung Galaxy Unpacked'?

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked is one of the most eagerly anticipated tech events in the industry. Samsung uses these events to unveil the latest models of its most popular flagship products.

In this instance, those tuning in will be hoping to learn more about key updates to the Galaxy S series as well as the Z series. Information will also be provided on the latest Galaxy Smartwatch and Galaxy Buds.

This is the second Unpacked event Samsung has held this year. Back on February 9, the company debuted three new Galaxy S22 devices, along with the Galaxy Tab S8 Series.

Software improvements to the Galaxy ecosystem were also announced along with improvements to the Samsung Knox security system.

What Has Samsung Said About 'Galaxy Unpacked?'

In a press release announcing plans for the event back in July, Samsung pledged to showcase a new range of devices that would "unfold your world." This appears to reference the much-hyped Galaxy Z Fold 4, which is expected to represent a major upgrade on the previous model.

"Innovation isn't just about radical ideas; it's about unlocking new experiences that transform our daily lives for the better," Samsung said in a statement accompanying the announcement. "Meaningful innovations go beyond the technical and provide a platform upon which our everyday lives become richer and more versatile—opening us up to greater possibilities than ever before."
