Another week is on the books and it is finally time to kick back and relax, perhaps even catch some laughs with Saturday Night Live. But wait—is the sketch comedy show even on tonight? Indeed, friends, it is. However, there's a catch.

You may have already seen the SNL episode that's scheduled to air on Saturday, but it's still worth watching. While there won't be a brand spanking new segment of the NBC show until next week, the network will air an earlier show from Season 44 hosted by Halsey.

The singer and songwriter had the honor of serving as SNL's host and performer—a rarity for SNL—on a February episode. Halsey appeared on SNL twice before.

The performance of her newest single "Without Me," caused quite the stir—the singer handwrote a message presumably for her ex-boyfriend rapper G-Eazy as she sang. She did a stellar job on the sketch front too.

Halsey appeared in a number of SNL skits, however, the most notable ones may have been "State Meeting," in which she portrayed a Virginia state leader admitting to wearing blackface among several of her constituents who had also once worn blackface, and her take on a passive-aggressive mother in "Parents Call."

The episode won't be available for live streaming, likely because it is a rerun. However, folks can still get their fix of previous SNL episodes on NBC's website and app, and as always, there's plenty of show highlights and clips available for viewing on SNL's YouTube.

The satirical show will be back with new hosts and performers at the end of the month on March 30. Sandra Oh is first up to host when SNL returns, followed by Kit Harrington and Emma Stone. Performers for the remainder of Season 44 include Tame Impala, Sara Bareilles and K-pop hitmakers BTS.

Saturday Night Live airs on NBC on Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. ET.
