Meghan Markle may be miles away from many of her loved ones residing in North America, but this hasn't stopped her from supporting her closest friends.

On the second day of Meghan's tour in Australian tour with Harry, Duke of Sussex, she appeared in Dubbo wearing a sharp plaid print blazer from her pal Serena Williams's clothing line, Serena.

The item in question, dubbed Boss Oversized Blazer, retails at $145. The website suggests the "oversized blazer, with its notched collars and patch pockets, works overtime" to help those who wear it "show 'em who's boss." In noticing the newbie royal styled in her collection's blazer, the 37-year-old tennis player gave her friend a quick shout out.

"The face you make when you and Duchess of Sussex Meghan have matching @serena blazers," Williams captioned a post shared Wednesday via Instagram. The post pictured the Duchess of Sussex wearing the blazer while holding hands with her husband Harry. Behind this was a photo of Williams dressed in the blazer look.

The 37-year-old Suits alum paired the Boss Oversized Blazer with a white button-down collared shirt from Maison Kitsune, black jeans by Outland and J. Crew's black suede Sadie ankle boots.

The Boss Oversized Blazer is sold out. Luckily, the website for Williams's namesake brand has a feature that allows shoppers to be notified when new sizes become available.

Like the Boss Oversized Blazer, the J. Crew ankle boots Meghan wore are unavailable for purchase as well. J. Crew, however, offers the Sadie ankle boots in a melted caramel shade. This version of the popular shoe, which retails at $178, is currently available in all sizes. Other stylings of the shoe come in leopard print, blue velvet, gold and silk tie.

The Duchess of Sussex has had the power to influence fashion trends and sales, just as her sister-in-law Kate Middleton did before her. The "Kate Effect," according to a 2012 British study, drummed up $1.5 billion for England's economy.

Meghan's ability to carry sales was evident during her first public appearance with Harry. At the time, she wore Finlay & Co's Percy tortoiseshell sunglasses at the Invictus Games in September 2017. The $180 accessory reportedly ignited a 1,000 percent boost in sales for the brand.

"We've been amazed by the response to Meghan Markle wearing Finlay & Co. during her first public appearance with Prince Harry," Finlay & Co's Managing Director David Lochhead told Yahoo UK in September 2017. "Our Percy sunglasses have been a top seller all summer and we're honored that Meghan chose to wear them on a day when the world's press attention is on her."

The "Meghan Effect" was recently seen in July. According to the Independent, the former actor's entire outfit from the Audi Polo Challenge 2018 sold out in a matter of days.
