Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been out for a week now, and players are beginning to figure out which fighters are better than others. While every character can be good with practice, it's undeniable that certain fighters are easier to use or stronger than others.
When the game first came out, the top two Smash players in the community, ZeRo and Leffen, shared their "Day One" tier lists. A week later, and both have updated their rankings after spending more time with each character.
In between that time, Nintendo pushed out version 1.2 for Smash Ultimate. The update changed certain characters, but didn't seem to affect how ZeRo and Leffen ranked them (at least for now).
While Leffen and ZeRo's tier lists differ, both agree that Inkling, Chrom and Pikachu are some of the best characters in Smash Ultimate . On the other hand, familiar faces like Kirby and Pac-Man don't fare quite as well. If you're curious to see where your favorite Smash fighter lands on ZeRo and Leffen's lists, check them out below.
