'SNL' Delivers Brutal Meghan Markle Joke

Prince William and Kate Middleton's Christmas card was mocked by Saturday Night Live over suggestions it may have included a botched photoshop job.

The Prince and Princess of Wales opted for a family portrait with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis against a dappled grey background.

And some felt it looked as though one of Prince Louis' fingers may have been missing, though it may also simply have been a trick of the eye.

Either way, SNL had a unique take on the saga with, Colin Jost telling viewers: "A Christmas photo released by the royal family features a bad photoshop job where Prince Louis' finger appears to be missing and—this is sweet—Meghan Markle said she has a finger they can use if they need it."

A pixelated photo of Meghan appearing to flip the bird was then shown alongside the Wales' Christmas card.

The clip was viewed 123k times and liked almost 2k times after it was posted to X, formerly Twitter, with the message: "SNL has the best take on that Christmas card."

It may come as a relief for Sussex supporters to see SNL take aim at the Wales' after Harry was widely ridiculed by late night comedy shows following the release of his book, Spare.

James Austin Johnson and Devon Walker played two "British rappers" during SNL's weekly update in February.

Johnson, as "Milly Pounds" said: "Right, right, OK, listen, mate. OK, all the focus is on the royals, right, when it should be on Britain's exploitative tabloid press. It's pants, mate. Rubbish. Pants."

He added: "They're mean to our boy Harry, alright. We know what really goes down. We've known Harry since our days at Eton."

While William and Kate's Christmas card appears to show Prince Louis missing a finger, in reality it may simply be that a small white area in between his second and middle fingers looks like a partial additional finger at first glance.

On closer inspection, the photo shows him with the correct four fingers while his thumb appears to be obscured by the arm of the chair he is holding.
