'SoulCalibur VI' Character Creation Lets Players Make Bowsette, Waluigi and More

One of the best features of SoulCalibur VI is its character creation mode, and fans have made good use of it on its first general release day. The surprisingly deep creation suite has allowed players to bring their favorite fictional characters into SoulCalibur VI, whether it's from the world of comics, TV, movies or anime.

Here are some of our favorite SoulCalibur VI creations.

Faith the Magdalena - Top Cow Comics

Alright, this one is a bit of a cheap plug: I created this one. Faith the Magdalena is the fictional offspring of Jesus of Nazareth in the world of Top Cow Comics' Witchblade universe. Wielding the Spear of Destiny, Faith travels the world taking down demonic threats.

I always loved her design in the comics and she's one of the most badass spear-wielders in all of fiction. I put her in SoulCalibur V way back when, and I had to do it again this time around.

Bowsette

Bowsette took the internet by storm a few weeks back, and while the hype for this fictional cross between Bowser and Toadette using Princess Peach's crown (don't ask) may have died down a bit, Reddit user Spiderkite couldn't resist creating her.

Posted on the SoulCalibur subreddit, Spiderkite took the Sophitia fight style and brought the fearsome Bowsette into battle.

Kamen Rider

SoulCalibur VI lets players create more than just humans. There are automatrons, animals and lizard people. But I didn't think I'd see Kamen Riders in the game.

Twitter user ChaiThai805 brought some of his favorite Riders into SoulCalibur VI. Take a look at them below.

Harley Quinn - DC Comics

Looking to bring one of Gotham City's Sirens to SoulCalibur , someone already beat you to it. This Harley Quinn creation from daHydro1 on Twitter gives fans of the anti-hero a template for bringing her to their own games.

Solaire - Dark Souls

daHydro1 makes another appearance on our list, importing Solaire from the Dark Souls franchise into SoulCalibur VI. I guess there is a good use for that bucket head after all.

Waluigi - Mario Series

The master of the "weh" joins SoulCalibur VI in fancy new attire. Waluigi may not be joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate later this year, but fans of the purple-clad troublemaker can at least put a hurt on some other people.

B2 - Nier Automata

Nier Automata was an unexpected hit in 2017, so it's no surprise B2 found her way into SoulCalibur VI. And this is pretty spot on, if I do say so myself.

Ryuko Matoi - Kill la Kill

This charcter creation is very well done. Ryuko Matoi of the Kill la Kill anime seems perfect for SoulCalibur VI. Her outfit and look is unique so kudos goes to matteumayo on the SoulCalibur subreddit for putting the time into this one.

If only they had Ryuko's scissorblades in the game.
