Former Arsenal and Chelsea defender William Gallas believes the Gunners needs to replace Arsene Wenger with a manager like José Mourinho.
Gallas, who won two Premier League titles with Mourinho at Chelsea before moving to Arsenal in 2006, believes there is need for change at the Emirates Stadium.
The Frenchman, who also played for Tottenham, believes there is an important difference between rivals Mourinho and Wenger.
"You get criticism when you don't win trophies, when you don't win games, and that is maybe the difference between José Mourinho and Arsene Wenger," Gallas told Talksport.
"Mourinho wants to win every game and at the end of the season sometimes he has success but, for Arsene, Arsenal didn't win from 2004 so everybody starts to criticize him because football has changed."
Gallas, who played under both managers, added: "I don't know what Arsenal are going to do but they have to win trophies again.
"Maybe it is time to change something at the end of the season."
Arsenal's defeat to Chelsea on Saturday saw Wenger's side fall to fourth in the Premier League table, 12 points short of Antonio Conte's side at the top.
The Gunners host Hull City at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
