The U.S. Men's National Team heads into Wednesday's Gold Cup championship game in fine form, bidding to win the title back after four years.

Bruce Arena's men travel to the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, with a strong defensive record despite a shaky start to the tournament. The team is on a run of three consecutive clean sheets, having beaten Nicaragua, El Salvador and Costa Rica to reach the final against Jamaica.

Yanks striker Clint Dempsey has scored just once on the route to Wednesday's final, but if he produces heroics against Jamaica, the 34-year-old Seattle Sounders forward will become the USMNT's all-time top scorer.

Jamaica may appear to be the underdog heading into the final, but under the guidance of German manager Winfried Schafer the team has been in impressive form. It knocked Mexico out at the semifinal stage and will prove tough opposition for Arena's team.

Jamaica also has history on its side when it comes to facing the U.S. Schafer's team finished runner-up in 2015 after losing the final to Mexico, but Jamaica did knock out Jurgen Klinsmann's USMNT in the semifinals.

Wednesday's final kicks off at 9.30 p.m. ET and 2.30 a.m. on Thursday for BST. It will be aired on Fox Sports 1 or you can live stream it here.
