Super Bowl 2019: Grocery Sales at Target, Kroger and More To Celebrate The Big Game

The final game 2018-2019 football season will pit the Los Angeles Rams against the New England Patriots on Sunday, February 3. While many fans will head down to Atlanta, Georgia, for the Super Bowl, most will be watching from the comfort of their homes.

One of the best parts of hosting or going to a Super Bowl party is, of course, the great food. To help you get the best bang for your buck, Newsweek rounded up some of the great deals at grocery stores around the country.

Stop&Shop Super Bowl Deals

If Stop&Shop is your grocery store of choice, you're in luck. The store has deals that will have you munching from kick off to the final touchdown. Craving chips? Frito Lay Family Size Potato Chips, Doritos or Cheetos are $1.88/each when you purchase 2.

Tyson Breaded or Grilled Chicken are buy one, get one free and there's a $1.00 off coupon you can clip to your card as well. If you're hoping to stay hydrated, Coke 6-packs are 2/$6, while Arizona Iced Tea are 2/$5.

Kroger Super Bowl Sales

Kroger stores are coming in hot with their drink deals. Coca-Cola and Pepsi products, including 12-pack cans and 8-pack bottles are on sale for 4/$10 or 4/$12 in different stores. Meanwhile, Gatorade products are 69¢/each with your Kroger card.

Craving some pizza? California Pizza Kitchen or DiGiorno Pizza are on sale on $3.99 and Red Barron Pizza are $1.99. Other great deals include: Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage for $1.88, CheezIt for $1.99 and Nabisco Snack Crackers for $1.99/each or $1.49/each if you buy any 6 participating items.

Super Bowl Sales at Target

Though not a traditional grocery store, Target has loads of deals on groceries for all your Super Bowl party needs. If you're looking for snacks, Doritos are 2/$4, CheezIt are 2/$5 and select Frito-Lay chips are $2/5. Other yummy snacks on sale include: Hormel party trays for just $9.99, Archer Farms frozen chicken wings for $7.99 and DiGiorno pizzas buy three, get one free.

ShopRite Super Bowl Deals

The best deals ahead of the big game are available until Saturday. Pork Baby Back Rips are just $1.99/lb with your ShopRite Price Plus Card, while Tyson Buffalo Chicken Wings are on sale 2 for $9. If you're looking for appetizer options, TGI Fridays appetizers are 2/$11, Frito Lay Snacks are 4 for $1.99 each and Nabisco Ritz or Snack Crackers are 2/$4.

ShopRite also has some great deals for drinks. Pepsi 8-pack bottles or 12-pack cans are 4/$13 and Coke products are 4/$5.

This New England-based supermarket chain has got a boat load of deals to prep for the Super Bowl. If you're looking to make some guacamole, avocados are 77¢ each, while red onions and Roma tomatoes are on sale 77¢/lb. Lay's Potato Chips and Doritos are on buy one, get one free.

The store also has a Mix & Match sale for a $1 off when you buy 6 or more items on their pre-set list. Some must haves for the big game include: TGI Fridays, Farm Rich Appetizers or Ore-Ida Bagel Bites for $5.99/each, CheezIt for $2.99/each and Philadelphia Cream Cheese or Hershey's Puddings for $1.99/each.
