Teen Choice Awards: One Direction Win Big, Justin Timberlake Honored

One Direction may have gone their separate ways in January but they are still breaking records—dominating Sunday's Teen Choice Awards, winning all five of the awards they were nominated for, despite not being in attendance.

The British band—Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan—won best music group, best song by a group for 2015 ballad "Home," best love song for "Perfect," best fandom for their loyal Directioners and Styles was named best male hottie. Former member Zayn Malik also earned best breakout artist after going solo earlier in 2016 at the Los Angeles ceremony.

Justin Bieber was crowned best male artist and also earned best song by a male artist for "Sorry" and best breakup song for "Love Yourself."

Selena Gomez was named best female artist, while Beyoncé won best R&B/hip-hop artist.

On the movie side of the awards, superhero caper Deadpool was named best action/adventure movie and Captain America: Civil War—2016's top-grossing live action film so far—was named best sci-fi/fantasy film.

Jennifer Lawrence was named best actress in a drama for Joy and Leonardo DiCaprio won best actor in a drama for his Oscar-winning role in The Revenant.

Justin Timberlake was the night's biggest honoree, accepting the Decade Award for his continued contribution to music.
