Another person was named in the federal indictment against Tekashi 6ix9ine and several other men allegedly associated with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, a gang the rapper was known for promoting in his music and social media. Aaron "Bat" Young was listed as the eighth participant in a number of crimes committed by Nine Trey, according to legal documents obtained and released by Complex on Thursday.
Young was arrested in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on racketeering, firearms offenses and drug charges, ABC affiliate WNEP reported Wednesday. Young, 38, was transported back to New York for arraignment in Manhattan.
Per the indictment, Young was cited for armed robberies and narcotics trafficking within New York City and surrounding boroughs.
"The defendant and others known and unknown, intentionally and knowingly did combine, conspire, confederate, and agree together and with each other to violate narcotics laws of the United States. It was part and an object of the conspiracy that [Young] ... would and did distribute and possess with the intent to distribute controlled substances," the indictment read.
It's unclear why Young's name was initially concealed when Tekashi 6ix9ine and the others were first hit with the indictment in November. However, Young was considered a fugitive until his arrest, and there is cause authorities withdrew his name to prevent him from trying to further escape.

While it is unclear how many counts are against Young, the federal indictment includes a total of 17 counts against him, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones, Kifano "Shotti" Jordan, Jensel "Ish" Butler, Fuguan "FuBanga" Lovick, Faheem "Crippy" Walter, and Roland "Ro Murda" Martin.
Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, is facing six counts that can lead to a minimum of 32 years behind bars and a maximum of life in prison.
The Dummy Boy rapper was hit with yet another bench warrant on Thursday after failing to show up to court in Houston regarding his alleged attack of a 16-year-old boy at a mall in Texas. The judge was aware of Tekashi 6ix9ine's current placement in federal prison in Queens when the warrant was issued.
