Ten Life Lessons From Women Over 30 to the Younger Generation

Among viral videos and fleeting trends, sometimes social media proves it can be a space packed with positivity.

A recent viral video has prompted women worldwide to exchange wisdom and support via TikTok.

It all began when Setareh Rezaei, who lives in Germany, ignited the positivity with a video shared on February 9.

Rezaei's TikTok video carried a straightforward yet profound directive: "Girls under age 30 ask questions," and "Women 30+ answer them." Little did she anticipate the huge response her video would garner as women from varying backgrounds and corners of the globe flocked to participate, asking for and offering advice.

Almost every comment has become a beacon of solidarity, with women who are complete strangers uplifting and supporting each other.

"Actually I didn't expect that amount of interactions on my video... the first 2 hours after posting it was really quiet and my ego said I have to delete this post because it's not working," Razaei told Newsweek. But she persisted and before long, things looked very different.

Within three hours, the post had skyrocketed to viral status with an overwhelming wave of responses.
