Tokyo Toni Has Something to Say to Hillary Clinton

Social media personality Tokyo Toni has called out Hillary Clinton in a TikTok video that has left viewers confused and wondering what secrets the star knows.

Toni, whose real name is Shalana Jones-Hunter, is the mother of rapper, model and TV personality Blac Chyna and likes to speak her mind. She has amassed over 201,000 followers and 7 million likes on TikTok and regularly posts videos sharing insights into her day-to-day life.

Taking to TikTok on Wednesday, Toni posted a video aimed at Clinton with a cryptic message alluding to a potential scandal involving the former secretary of state and presidential candidate.

Looking straight at the camera, she said: "People are always talking, but what happens when the talk isn't cheap, and it is what it is? Well, what I mean by this is Hillary Clinton—man, I wouldn't want to be in her shoes after this."

Newsweek reached out to Tokyo Toni via TikTok and Hillary Clinton's legal representatives via email for comment.

The 25-second video seemed to come out of the blue for her fans, with many left wondering what she meant and why she seemingly had an issue with Clinton. At the time this article was published it had received over 6,000 comments and had been viewed over 1.2 million times by TikTok users.

A puzzled social media user commented: "Girl what are you talking about?" while another wrote: "What did Hillary Clinton do?"

"What is the correlation to Hillary Clinton!!!?????!!!!!?!?!?" and "I left more confused than when I came in" were among the many remarks left on the video.

One onlooker joked: "Is Tokyo Toni going to run for president."

Other posts included "What's she waffling about? and "Just say what you want to say already."

The bewilderment wasn't isolated just to TikTok, with the video appearing on other social media platforms—and viewers still had no idea what was going on.

Pop Crave shared the video on X, formerly Twitter, with the caption: "Tokyo Toni shares cryptic message referencing Hillary Clinton." The reshare on that platform had been viewed over 840,000 times at the time this article was published.

One X user reversed the situation onto Toni: "I wouldn't wanna be in her shoes after this."

With no greater context, commenters began to spiral: "Just fell over laughing at my own imagined scenario of Hillary Clinton's secret service detail having to add Tokyo Toni to their watchlist."

Another person asked if something sinister was in the works: "Is she predicting a former secretary of state's demise?"
