A man previously restricted from Disney World for displaying a pro-Trump banner has been banned once again.
Dion Cini had his annual pass to the Orlando theme park revoked in September after unfurling a Trump banner in Magic Kingdom. However, Cini told WFTV that the company called a few weeks ago to tell him they had a change of heart and returned his pass.
Cini also agreed not to hang any additional flags.
But during a park visit this month, Cini held up signs on two separate rides. Cini held up a "Trump 2020" sign on Splash Mountain and a "Keep American Great" sign while riding Expedition Everest.
Disney issued another ban to Cini, with the Orange County Sheriff's Department informing him last week that he is permanently prohibited from stepping foot from all Walt Disney World properties.
According to Disney, Cini's display violates one of the park's rules prohibiting "the usage of any flag, banner or sign to incite a crowd."
"I wanted to actually abide by their rules, and not hold up a flag to incite a crowd, but I kind of wanted to test them," Cini told WFTV. "I just really wanted to find out whether or not it had to do with unfurling a flag, or what was written on the flag."
However, Cini, a retired United States Marine, said he has no intention of breaking the law and won't be returning to any Disney parks.
Instead, he will continue unfurling Trump banners and signs in other locations across the country, Cini said to WOFL.
