What's Happening with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley? 'Jersey Shore' Star Files Police Report Against Girlfriend

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro filed a battery report Thursday against on-and-off girlfriend Jen Harley.

The 33-year-old Jersey Shore star got into a fight with Harley at a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas, according to a TMZ report. In the midst of the fight, Harley allegedly hurled an ashtray at Ortiz-Magro's head.

Despite the battery report, Ortiz-Magro isn't completely looking innocent. He has also been named as a person of interest in the burglary of Harley's home.

According to the burglary report, Harley came home to a smashed flat-screen TV, and broken vases and picture frames. When police arrived at the scene, she told them she believed the 33-year-old was the culprit.

Harley's claims have not been verified; however, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to People that officers arrived at the home approximately at 2:15 a.m. Officers could not locate any forced entry and it is unknown if Ortiz-Magro is the suspect, according to People's report.

The case remains under investigation. The couple has a 9-month-old daughter together. It is not clear where the child was at the time of the incidents.

This isn't the first time the duo have made their drama public, in fact, they have a long, rocky road of feuding — including a previous battery report.

The Jersey Shore couple first called in quits back in April 2018, a source confirmed to E Online after an explosive social media fight.

"Note to self, can't turn a natural born HOE, into a HOUSEWIFE, if you find them in the gutter then leave them in the gutter," Ortiz-Magro wrote on his Instagram story.

He later apologized for acting irrationally: "I should've never acted in such a manner."

More recently, Ortiz-Magro posted a video in October accusing Harley of leaving their child alone to "go get drunk," police were called to his home to break up a fight between the couple over child custody. The 33-year-old had opened a battery report the previous night after Harley physically attacked him after accusing him of killing her dog, according toTMZ.
