Pokémon Go's Season of Light is winding down, and that means there are several additional Pokémon and raids coming behind it. As the game moves into its slate of planned content for November, it'll start introducing additional goodies for players, including the debut of the massive Guzzlord.
Guzzlord will be part of November's Greedy Gluttons event (following a series of Halloween challenges), which will come ahead of a Team Go Rocket Takeover as well as an Elite Raids event. Finally, a special Astral Eclipse event is happening in late November, which marks the end of the Season of Light event once and for all.
The Season of Light event doesn't actually end officially until December 1 when players will be able to complete the evolutionary path for their Pokémon Cosmog into Lunala or Solgaleo. But there's a lot more happening between now and then, including a five-star raid with Guzzlord and several other events to look forward to.

When is the Guzzlord Five-star Raid Coming to Pokémon Go?
Guzzlord is coming to Pokémon Go during the second week of November as a five-star raid battle. It will appear beginning November 8 and will remain available through November 23.
The Guzzlord raids will be available in-game from 6 PM to 7 PM local time (when it reaches 6 PM in your area, agnostic of time zone) on every Wednesday. If you want to catch Guzzlord, you'll have to be available to complete a raid at these specific times.
This raid is a more difficult battle than others. You'll earn special items for completing it in addition to a chance to catch the Pokémon you defeat. With five-star raids, this typically includes Legendary Pokémon you won't be able to capture anywhere else in the game.
Here's the complete schedule of November five-star and Mega Raids that you can expect in Pokémon Go throughout the coming weeks:
Five-star Raids
- October 27 to November 8: Giratina (Origin Forme)
- November 8 to November 23: Guzzlord
- November 23 to December 1: Nihilego
Mega Raids
- October 20 to November 8: Mega Banette
- November 8 to November 23: Mega Gyarados
- November 23 to December 1: Mega Houndoom
