The pair have been spending a whole lot of time together in California over the past few days.

They were first seen together on Friday, October 14, at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles. A fan spotted them and shared a TikTok video of Eilish and Rutherford holding hands. Two days later, Twitter account Pop Crave posted a photo of the two having dinner together, fuelling the romance rumors.

On Tuesday, October 18, they were photographed kissing outside the Indian restaurant La Mirch in Studio City, California, according to Page Six.

1. Jesse Rutherford Is In a Band

Fans of Billie Eilish may already be familiar with singer-songwriter Jesse Rutherford's music. He is the lead vocalist of alternative rock band the Neighbourhood.

The Neighbourhood were formed in Newbury Park, California. As well as Rutherford, its members are guitarists Jeremy Freedman and Zach Abels, bassist Mikey Margott and drummer Brandon Alexander Fried.

The band released their first song, "Female Robbery," in 2012. Their debut studio album I Love You followed in 2013. They have since released three more studio albums—Wiped Out! (2015), The Neighbourhood (2018) and Chip Chrome & The Mono-Tones (2020)—plus several mixtapes and EPs.

Rutherford and his bandmates have played live all over the world, including at the Coachella and Lollapalooza festivals. They have toured with Imagine Dragons and the 1975.

In February this year, 22, 2022, Variety reported that the Neighbourhood were going on hiatus. Their European tour, set to begin in September, was canceled.

Despite this, the Neighbourhood songs such as "Sweater Weather," "I Love You" and "Daddy Issues" have gained a new audience thanks to TikTok, according to Billboard.

In the early 2000s, Rutherford appeared in numerous television commercials and had small acting roles in movies and TV.
