Comedic actor Dane Cook's spoke on his relationship with girlfriend Kelsi Taylor on Monday. The pair, who first revealed their romance in January, has stunned many due to their 27-year age gap.
During an Instagram story Q&A session, the couple allowed for fans to "have at it." One fan, in particular, asked: "What advice do you have to those in age gap relationships?" With this, the Employee of the Month actor offered a response with a hint of his typical dose of humor.
"The only thing you have to do is plan that your deaths will be somewhat far apart," Cook said.
Like Cook, Taylor has a presence within the entertainment industry. The 19-year-old is a singer and an actress. She most notably served as a backup singer for pop songstress Demi Lovato. She shared a picture of their performance together during Y100's Jingle Ball 2017 in Sunrise, Florida, to her Instagram. Taylor performed "Sorry Not Sorry" with Lovato at the American Music Awards in November as well. She's released covers of songs like "Youth" by Daughter and Norah Jones' "Don't Know Why" to her YouTube and SoundCloud pages. On August 9, she unveiled her debut four-track EP, Fear of Yourself.

Taylor has been dating Cook for over a year. Cook, who has a slate of comedy shows coming up, shared via the pair's Instagram Q&A session Monday they had "met at a game" he hosted at his home.
"We were friends for a while," the actor said via his Story. "Soon after fell in like with each and then upgraded to love."
Taylor has mentioned her love for Cook before. "You are so compassionate, loving, hilarious, strong, talented, and have a heart of gold," Taylor wrote via Instagram in honor of his birthday in March. "Your energy is infectious and your crazy creative mind inspires me every day. I love you, babe."
Hollywood is no stranger to relationships with age gaps. At 42, actor Demi Moore famously dated and eventually married a 27-year-old Ashton Kutcher. Daytime TV host Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi have a 15-year age gap. Actor George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney have a 17-year age gap.
Keeping Up with the Kardashian star Scott Disick turned heads when it was revealed he was dating 19-year-old model Sofia Richie. He is 15 years her senior. Like Cook, Disick's has taken heat for their relationship.
