In the past week, celebrities have shared a unique fashion trend: body modification. From Kim Kardashian's raised-skin necklace which lit up with the rhythm of her heart to Chrissy Teigen's chest feathers, a new fashion and art exhibit raises questions of body parts as trends.

The concept will be on display in a New York showroom for his project, A. Human, from September 5 through 30 in an avant-garde meets possible-reality collection. Created by Simon Huck, the exhibit strays from pre-existing body modifications, like botox or breast implants, and explores a fantasy-fueled realm of body possibilities.

In creating the A. Human exhibit, Huck aimed to challenge the future of fashion. "When you think of the future, you think dark, dystopian—there are all these images that come to mind," he told Vogue on Monday. "I didn't want to create a utopian world, but I definitely wanted to create a world that was optimistic or, at the bare minimum, neutral. We wanted to use the future of fashion and the future of self-expression as a way to look at the future. That is how the ethos of A. Human formed."

To get in and see the modifications yourself, you'll need an appointment and a $40 cover fee. The showroom, located at 48 Mercer Street in Soho, is ages 13 and up, and all visits are timed. There are also after hour visits available for $70 and include drinks.

Huck is a PR professional in New York who appeared on The Spin Crowd, a 2010 reality show that followed his life in PR alongside former business partner Jonathan Cheban. Even though the show only aired for two months, Huck continues to work as principal owner of the brand, Command PR.

The show received backlash when Cheban was seen ordering an employee to get lip fillers though she stated she didn't want them, the Huffington Post reported in August 2010.

Along with Cheban, Huck is a close member of the Kardashian lifestyle, often vacationing with Kourtney Kardashian or appearing in event photos with Kim Kardashian. The sisters are staples on his Instagram account. Most recently, he vacationed with Kourtney and ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima in Italy.

Huck's typical workday includes lots of phone calls with friends, meetings with clients and ordering Postmates, he told Coveteur. He starts each day with a quad soy latte from Starbucks and ends it with his phone turned off by 8 p.m. ET.
