Woman Catches Man Taking Photos of Her Feet on Plane in Startling Video

TikTok users were stunned when they saw a woman's video that showed the man sitting next to her on an airplane flight taking photos of her feet.

In the clip, which was viewed more than 5 million times on TikTok user @alibedrossian's account, the man tried to subtly snap a quick photo of her feet, which shocked viewers.

An article published by AARP provided some pieces of advice on how best to be a thoughtful plane passenger.

Greeting flight attendants, being mindful of alcohol consumption and not escalating conflicts were a few points in the article.

"If another passenger is behaving badly, don't get into an argument, etiquettes pros (and airline officials) advise," the article stated. "In most cases, you should notify a flight attendant and follow the directions of airline staff."

The man angled his phone before he tapped on the screen to take a photo of the woman's feet.

He took a look at the photo before the video ended.

"The woman was too stunned to speak," said the sound used in the background of the clip.

In the comments section, @alibedrossia wrote that she shared the video because she thought it was "funny" but said she does not know the man.

Viewers did not hesitate to take their own thoughts to the comments section.

Some joked that @alibedrossia should have charged the man for the photo.

"I would have said 'pay me and I won't tell,'" wrote one TikTok user.

"Just say 'that'll be $450,'" commented another.

Others were surprised that the man went back to look at the photo while they were still sitting next to each other.

"The fact he went back to the pic to make sure he took it," a viewer commented. "U should [have] posed."

"I wonder how many other feet are in his phone," another wrote.

A few viewers shared what they would have done if they were faced with the same situation.

"I'd call over an attendant and loudly be like, 'Hey this guy keeps taking pics of my feet can I have a different seat pls,'" a comment read.

"Honestly cause a scene," wrote a TikTok viewer. "That's not OK. But you do you. If I catch another man doing this to someone, I'm making it known."

@alibedrossia shared a second video of her experience on the flight and said the man proceeded to edit the photos.

Newsweek reached out to @alibedrossia for further comment.

Other videos related to flying have gone viral, including a clip shared by a flight attendant who discussed what passengers shouldn't do on an airplane.

Another video showed a student's experience after he realized he was the only passenger aboard a flight. One video showed a passenger's tirade before he was removed from the plane.
