WWE Monday Night RAW Live Results: John Cena Returns and More Royal Rumble Build

The first Monday Night RAW of 2019 is here and the WWE is starting to build towards the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 35.

John Cena's return to WWE continues as he makes his first television appearance on RAW tonight. Last week, Cena appeared on SmackDown Live and was caught in the crosshairs of "The Man" Becky Lynch.

According to WWE.com, the confirmed matches for tonight's card include: Elias vs Baron Corbin, along with a RAW Tag Team Championship match between current champs Bobby Roode and Chad Gable, and The Revival. This title bout will be a lumberjack match so expect shenanigans.

Former women's champion Alexa Bliss returns to host the first segment of her new show "A Moment of Bliss," where she'll have her Ronda Rousey has her first guest.

It's likely the evening will kick off with WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan's return to RAW to say some words on the recently passed "Mean" Gene Okerlund. It'll be the first time Hogan will be on WWE television since the Greatest Royal Rumble in October.

Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and his challenger, Braun Strowman, are expected to be on RAW tonight. With three weeks before their match at the Royal Rumble, fans can expect carnage and chaos between the two.

There's a lot expected to go down on tonight, and here's everything that happened on the January 7 episode of Monday Night RAW.
