SummerSlam 2018 pushed many stories and feuds forward, and the Monday Night RAW after the second biggest event in WWE is expected to deliver even more intrigue.
According to WWE.com, Brock Lesnar will likely be at RAW to confront Roman Reigns after his loss on Sunday. Will Lesnar ask for a rematch or will Braun Strowman crash the party with his Money in the Bank briefcase?
Dolph Ziggler will be in action after losing his Intercontinental Championship to Seth Rollins. However, he won't be in the ring with Rollins, instead squaring off with the returning Dean Ambrose. Also, the B-Team retained their RAW Tag Team Championships during the SummerSlam Kickoff, but will there be another team waiting to try and end Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas' improbable run?
There's a lot expected to go down in Brooklyn on Monday and here's all the results and happenings from the Aug. 20 edition of Monday Night RAW.
MONDAY NIGHT RAW AUGUST 20 LIVE RESULTS
Opening Segment
- Roman Reigns starts the night saying he's a "man of his word" by beating Brock Lesnar. He also says that he is going to defend the title tonight.
- He says he would normally ask anyone from the back to step up but he wants to give Finn Balor his rematch.
- Balor comes out and accepts Roman's challenge and says he's going to take his title back tonight. The two shake hands to make the match official, but then Constable Baron Corbin interrupts.
- Corbin says that Balor doesn't deserve the opportunity because he was set to face the man not the demon. He says the match from SummerSlam shouldn't count.
- Kurt Angle comes out and tells Corbin that he makes the matches. He makes the Balor/Roman match official for the main event. He also puts Corbin in a match against Bobby Lashley.

- Lashley wins via pinfall
Backstage
- In Kurt's office, Paul Heyman enters and says Brock Lesnar wants to have his rematch.
- Kurt says that it'll be a long time before Lesnar gets his rematch. Heyman says how about at Hell in Cell, which Angle says no.
- After a commercial break, Corbin enters Angle's office and says he won't stand for the way Kurt has treated him and says that he will talk to Stephanie McMahon who is in the building tonight.
Sasha Banks/Bayley/Ember Moon vs The Riott Squad
- Riott Squad wins via pinfall after a Riott Kick to Sasha Banks
Triple H Segment
- Triple H says he is a fan just like those in the crowd, and that he loves the business so much he wants to wrestle again.
- When Vince told him about the Super Show-Down, he jumped at the opportunity to wrestle again but didn't want to face the Undertaker when it was pitched to him because he thinks about the "End of an Era" match.
- He talks about the era that he, Undertaker and Shawn Michaels was a part of and that he misses it. Triple H changes his mind and says he will fight again if Undertaker does so too to bring the era back.

- Finn Balor is getting ready in the locker room when Braun Strowman shows up and tell him the same thing he said to Roman and Brock at SummerSlam

Ronda Rousey Segment
- The entire RAW Women's Division gather around the ring and Stephanie McMahon comes to the ring.
- Stephanie starts to congratulate Ronda and then takes the credit for becoming champion.
- Ronda Rousey interrupts before Stephanie can finish and tells her that this isn't about one person. She calls the women to the ring and starts to talk up Natalya, Sasha Banks and Bayley.
- She says she is not Brock Lesnar and will be a fighting champ. She wants to compete every night against all of them.
- Stephanie says look at Alexa Bliss (who is in a sling) and says that Ronda wants to wipe them all out so she can be in the spotlight.
- Ronda says she's not there to break arms, only to those who deserve it. She Judo Flips Stephanie and puts her in the armbar.
Bo Dallas (with Curtis Axel) vs Scott Dawson (with Dash Wilder)
- Dawson wins via pinfall

Backstage
- Stephanie is backstage with Corbin and Bliss when Kurt Angle comes in
- Stephanie tells Angle to take some time off and Corbin wil be the new GM
Finn Balor vs Roman Reigns (c) - Universal Championship Match
- Roman Reigns wins via pinfall after Braun Strowman comes out to distract Finn
- Braun Strowman is just about to cash-in, but before the bell rings Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose in SHIELD gear come out to attack Strowman.
- The night ends with Strowman getting triple power bombed
