Now that the Fastlane pay-per-view is behind everyone, SmackDown Live can build towards WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans starting with the March 13 show.
With a few matches from SmackDown Live confirmed for 'Mania, the blue brand will begin to fill out the rest of the card over the next few weeks. WWE.com is teasing a WrestleMania announcement from commissioner Shane McMahon. After screwing Kevin Owens and Sami Zayne out of the WWE Championship at Fastlane , are the three ready to converge?
Asuka will make her SmackDown Live debut this week as she confront women's champ, Charlotte Flair to build towards their match at 'Mania. Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ Styles are also expected on this week's show to begin the program the WWE Universe is looking forward to the most.
Expect all of this and more on the March 13 edition of SmackDown Live.

Here Are The WWE SmackDown Live Results For March 13
AJ Styles Opening Segment
- AJ comes out to start the show to talk about WrestleMania and all the things he's had to overcome to get there. He has respect for Nakamura because they both had similar paths to the WWE. He's wanted this match just like the WWE Universe but when they get into the ring, their similarities disappear because AJ is phenomenal.
- That's when Shinsuke comes out and says that he respects AJ but wants to put "knee to face" and become the new WWE Championship.
- Rusev comes out to interrupt and challenges AJ Styles
AJ Styles vs Rusev
- After a back and forth between AJ and Rusev, Aiden English interferes and beats down AJ, disqualifying Rusev. Shinsuke who was at commentary comes in and gives English a Kinshasa to help AJ.
Jimmy Uso and Big E vs Bludgeon Brothers
- After the Bludgeon Brothers decimated The Usos and New Day at Fastlane, Jimmy and Big E are forced to team up to take it to them.
- Bludgeon Brothers defeat Jimmy Uso and Big E via pinfall.
- Bludgeon Brothers continue to beat them down after the bell rings.
Charlotte and Asuka Segment
- Charlotte tells Asuka that she's never faced anyone like her before but Asuka has never faced anyone like Charlotte before and she will break her streak
- Asuka doesn't back down and says that she chose Charlotte because she loves a challenge and althought Flair is the Queen, she is the Empress and she doesn't bow to no one.
Randy Orton Segment
- Orton comes out to say winning the US title is a special honor because he now completed the Grand Slam, a feat not many people can say they've done.
- Bobby Roode comes out and says he wants to enact his rematch clause at WrestleMania 34, but Jinder Mahal interrupts and tells Orton to get out of the ring so he can defeat Roode.
Bobby Roode vs Jinder Mahal
- Mahal defeats Roode via pinfall after hitting the Kalas
- Randy Orton RKOs Mahal after the victory
Naomi vs Carmella
- Carmella defeats Naomi via pinfall
Shane McMahon Segment
- Shane announces it will be Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayne at WrestleMania 34
- Shane also announces he will be taking an indefinite leave of absence but Sami and KO beat him down.
