'Yellowstone' Prequel '1923' Trailer, Release Date, Cast Plus More

1923 is the latest spinoff from the hugely popular cable series Yellowstone.

The upcoming show was announced in May 2022 and follows in the footsteps of the original series' other prequel, 1883, with even more spinoffs exploring the Dutton family expected to come.

The Yellowstone universe was created by Taylor Sheridan, who is also the man behind upcoming series Mayor of Kingstown, Tulsa King, Bass Reeves, Lioness, and Land Man, to name a few.

Yellowstone follows the Duttons, a powerful, complicated family of ranchers, and 1923 is set to explore how the family came to be in the position they are in the parent series.
