With a moniker like the "new Zlatan Ibrahimovic," it is little wonder that a host of European football's top clubs are reportedly chasing Alexander Isak.

The tall, talented Swedish striker—adding all of those characteristics helps to explain the inevitable Ibrahimovic comparisons—is only 17 but already has Leicester City, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid watching him, according to Sport, the Spanish newspaper.

Now Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool are understood to be interested in the teenager, who made his senior debut for AIK in Stockholm this year and has six goals in just 17 appearances for the club.

Isak is still considered raw but Europe's elite clubs are constantly on the look-out for rough diamonds that could command massive transfer fees once matured.

Ibrahimovic, of course, fulfilled his massive promise to become one of the world's best strikers. The Swede is still going strong at 34; now playing at Manchester United, he is already proving to be one of Jose Mourinho's best summer signings.

It is this kind of potential that may prove irresistible to the likes of Liverpool. Take a punt on a talented teenager, and you just might end up with a star in the making.
