Disneyland Reveals Major Makeover

Disneyland Hotel has had a royal makeover, with images released of its new fairytale look—and fans cannot get enough.

The Disneyland Paris Hotel's glow-up was announced last year, and it was worth the wait, with the newly reimagined hotel opening its door for guests today (January 25).

Disneyland Paris shared four images of the 5-star accommodation on X, formerly Twitter, sharing a glimpse of the refurbished lobby, a bedroom, a dining experience with Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and a girl having a royal experience dressing as a princess and having glitter added to her face.

The park captioned their post: "Big announcement! Today's the day the Disneyland Hotel's royal makeover is finally complete and it officially reopens to guests!"

As cited on Disneyland Paris' website: "Disneyland Paris reopens the doors of its landmark hotel following a complete reimagination. The royally reimagined Disneyland Hotel invites all guests—especially children—to experience an immersive journey into royal Disney stories combined with unparalleled hospitality, fine dining, and uniquely Disney entertainment."

The resort offers guests the opportunity to stay at seven Disney Hotels, with a total of 5,700 rooms and suites. The reopening of the "Disneyland Hotel represents a significant milestone in the resort's ongoing investment and development," the company's website says.

Natacha Rafalski, the president of Disneyland Paris, said: "The reopening of Disneyland Hotel marks a new milestone in the transformation of Disneyland Paris, extending our legacy as a leader in the European tourism industry with a unique blend of storytelling and service excellence, not to mention our exceptional capacity to welcome families,"

Rafalski added: "We are thrilled to unveil this a one-of-a-kind five-star property celebrating beloved Disney royalty, which represents one of the most immersive hotels in Europe today."

Immersive and interactive experiences include "La Troupe Royale Disney, a joyful duo of comedians, unexpectedly perform surprise sing-alongs or interactive royal tales," as well as meeting Disney classic princesses such as Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Jasmine.

Disneyland Hotel offers 487 rooms and suites with several heavily themed Disney princesses and stories. The hotel will also offer personalized royal styling, which will transform "young girls and boys into elegant princesses or shining princes through the magic of makeup, hair, nails, costumes, and accessories."

Other paid services are also available for guests.

Disneyland Paris shared a video on Instagram on Thursday, which takes fans into the revamped hotel, and within one hour of it being live At the time this article was published, it had been viewed over 14,000 times with hundreds of comments.

Fans of the park were quick to comment, "I could cry" and "AMAZING" below the post, with another adding: "Wow, wow and wow again!!! We are bringing our granddaughters here in May, and we cannot wait !!!"

Many of the account's 3 million followers remarked, "It just looks perfect" and "This looks so stunning and absolutely magical! I hope and dream to be able to stay here one day!"

The video showcases guest rooms, the bar area, the lobby and reception areas, featuring elaborate royal chandeliers, the swimming pool, and a balcony overlooking the castle fireworks display.
