Jon Stewart Savages 'Dirty' Dr Phil

Comedian Jon Stewart is poking fun at "Dirty" Dr Phil McGraw over his comments about immigrants.

Stewart noticed a similarity between a recent Fox News report about the number of "military age" Chinese nationals entering the U.S and McGraw's recent appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, in which the 73-year-old described a recent trip to the southern border.

"The number of military-age men that are showing up with military haircuts, clearly in shape," Phil told Rogan. "These guys are showing up with six-packs and military boots."

The comedian shared a snippet of McGraw's interview during The Daily Show on Monday night, suggesting the Dr Phil host was lusting after the buff newcomers.

"I mean, tight a****," Stewart said, imitating the Texas native's accent and mannerisms. "I mean, there's—, there's not an ounce of fat on these m*************.

"I am so hard right now. I want to go down to that goddamn border and I want to get a**-deep in those immigrants. That's what I'm saying," Stewart added.

The audience burst into laughter, with Stewart adding that crowds always love his "Dirty Dr. Phil" impression.

Newsweek has reached out to Jon Stewart and Phil McGraw for comment via email.

During his interview with UFC commentator Rogan, McGraw described the migrant crisis at the southern border as "out of control," accusing Biden's government of "paying money to take these children and sell them into sex slavery."

The unsubstantiated claims follow a recent interview between the Dr. Phil host and Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council.

In a clip of their conversation shared with Rogan, Judd told McGraw that border authorities were out of DNA testing kits due to an increasing number of migrants.

The U.S. Customs and Board Protection said there were 250,000 migrant encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border between October and December 2023.

McGraw slammed the Biden administration for "just letting people come in," saying that the Red Cross and other groups are "giving people maps, showing them how to do it, and encouraging it."

Stewart has been hosting The Daily Show since February, following Trevor Noah's exit. The 61-year-old originally helmed the satirical news program between 1999 and 2015, and will be back on screens once a week in the run-up to the 2024 general election.

Since returning to the late-night talk show, Stewart has hit out at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Fox News host Tucker Carlson's Russia trip, religion—particularly Christians and Scientologists—along with Donald Trump's niece, psychologist Mary Trump.
