Woman Shares Hilarious Clip of Cat Scaling Side of House to Be Let Inside

A video has gone viral on TikTok showing a cat owner making the shocking discovery of her cat, Beans, scaling the side of her building.

TikToker @imluce_xo posted her cat's stunt earlier this week in a video that has been viewed over 7 million times.

"I do miss this cat," she captioned the video, noting that the cat in the video has died since the video was taken over a year ago.

"Nooooo, what are you doing," the woman is heard saying in the video as she opened the video and panned down to see her cat scooting its body up the side of the building.

While dogs are often known as the household pet with tricks up their paws, cats can also be trained to do cute tasks.

In addition to the fun of it, teaching a cat to do tricks or follow commands is a good way to keep a cat active, according to Blue Valley Animal Hospital's website. When teaching a cat new tricks, treats can be a good tool to help reward a completed task.

"Offer rewards when your cat succeeds and pull back rewards when kitty doesn't perform. Don't use hard words while training, because they will not work. In fact, punishment and disapproval may teach your cat to distrust you," the hospital's site wrote.

A high five can be an easy trick to teach as cats often like to swat things naturally. Additionally, tricks like fetch, "come" and "Stand, sit, lay down" are also skills cats can learn to pick up.

In the video, @imluce_xo calls out to her cat and asks him what he's doing. In return, the cat looks straight at her with its big green eyes and meows loudly.

"Oh my god, you can't do this," she is heard saying.

"Beans! Idiot! I'll let you in now, god!" she continued as the cat climbs down from the wall.

Commenters were in stitches over the interaction between the cat and its owner.

"The eye contact Tho as Beans meows 'This is your fault !!!'" one commenter wrote.

"He's literally saying WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE IM DOING! HELP ME," said another.

"Spider cat spider cat," wrote another, noting the cat's climbing skills.

In another video, @imluce_xo explained that she recused Beans when he was a kitten and he was "an absolute angel."

She said as the cat got older he began wanting to go outside which they let him do. It was part of her morning routine, she said, to look out of the window to see if Beans was ready to be let in. She said the viral video that captured Beans climbing the wall was "by chance" as she was checking to see if he was ready to come in.

As he got older though, Bean's health started to decline and his owners found out he had masses growing on his lungs. About a month later, he passed away. Recently, she said, she had been going through old videos of him which led to her post the viral video.

"We thought we'd share it and give everybody a little bit of a laugh," she said. "Because he was an absolute god-send."
