Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: Charizard Tera Raid Battle Event Start Time

One of the biggest upcoming events that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players are looking forward to is the Unrivaled Charizard Tera Raid Battle Event. Not only will this event give players a chance to take on some of the most difficult Tera Raids in the new titles, but it will also be one of the only ways that you can get your hands on a Charizard to complete the Paldea Pokedex.

Those looking to take part in the Unrivaled Charizard Tera Raid Battle can expect the event to kick off in December. The Pokemon Company plans to hold two splits for the event, with the first kicking off early in the month. The second part of the event will happen later in the month, just before the holidays.

The second split of the Unrivaled Charizard Tera Raid Battle Event will kick off on Thursday, December 15, at the same times as the first, 4 p.m. PST/7 p.m. EST, and will end on Sunday, December 18, at 3:59 p.m. PST/6:59 p.m. EST.

At the moment, The Pokemon Company has not shared any additional plans to offer Charizard or any of its prior evolutions in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. So, if you want to add this iconic Pokemon to your party, you'll need to prepare beforehand.

As with most of these events, the Charizard Tera Raid Battle will take place as a seven-star Tera Raid. That means you'll need to complete the Victory Road storyline and unlock six-star Tera Raids. Because these new raids are so intense, you'll definitely want to understand how to Terastallize your Pokemon to make them more powerful.
