Taylor Swift Photo With Flavor Flav at Grammys Goes Viral

Taylor Swift posed for a photo with Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav, who described himself as "King Swiftie" and one of the singer's biggest fans, sending the internet into meltdown.

Flav shared the photo to his social media where he smiled happily towards the camera and Swift draped her arm over his shoulder and looked at him with affection while pointing to him.

"Y'all waited long enough ⏰ KING SWIFTIE and QUEEN TAYLOR SWIFT just for you," he captioned the post.

The rapper has never hid his love for Swift and her music, even handing out her trademark friendship bracelets. Swifties, her megafans, exchange bespoke bracelets with their names on them at her concerts in a long-running tradition.

"I love Taylor Swift's music," he said in December on Tamron Hall's talk show. "Let me put it like this, I listen to her music real good, and she keeps it real with her audience. She writes about a lot of the things she goes through, and then when she gets out on that stage, a lot of people can relate to her."

He then revealed his friendship bracelets, one of which he got from Swift's dad, to the live audience and said: "Anybody want to trade a bracelet with your boy?"

Flav also revealed he'd attended several of her The Eras Tour concerts and was at the world premiere of the tour's concert movie in October.

"Love me some Taylor Swift, man, always did," Flav told Billboard at the iHeart Radio Music awards in 2023. He even showed how his t-shirt featured the popular lyrics from Swift's Evermore song, "Willow," which read: "I come back stronger than a 90's trend."

He added: "I heard that Taylor Swift keeps her clock on 12, just like mine. The reason why I keep my clock on 12 is because 12 o'clock points straight up. Every day, I'm straight up with you."

Swift had a great night at the Grammys, including making history by becoming the first person to win Album of the Year four times. She also announced a surprised album when accepting the award for or Best Pop Vocal Performance.

"OK this is my 13th Grammy. Which is my lucky number... if I've ever told you that," she began. "I know that the way the Recording Academy voted is a direct reflection of the passion from the fans. So I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret that I have been keeping from you for the last two years," she began.

"Which is that my brand new album comes out April 19. It's called The Tortured Poets Department, I'm going to go and post the cover right now backstage. Thank you, I love you."
